How to measure
Measure the full surface you intend to tile. Use a larger allowance for intricate patterns, cuts and future repairs.
How the estimate works
Surface length × width × (1 + waste %) ÷ box coverage, rounded up.
A worked example
A 10 × 8 ft surface with 15% waste requires 92 sq ft, or 10 boxes covering 10 sq ft each.
Before you buy
Uses box coverage, not individual tile counts. Grout, waterproofing and adhesive are excluded. Default values are illustrative starting points. Check the label and adjust them to your product.
